Schrödinger detailed the technical benefits of this combination, suggesting it enables what he termed “thermal zoning.” In this model, the outer titanium shell is intended to provide a highly rigid surface that resists scratching—a characteristic described as “jewelry-grade.” Meanwhile, the inner aluminum component functions as an extensive heat sink, efficiently drawing excess thermal energy away from the device’s mainboard.
