Team members Amelia Korzycka (Expert Community and Social Media Manager) and Miles Tost (Level Design Lead) confirmed that *Cyberpunk 2077* will be the next CDPR title to feature on the platform, following the initial announcement of *The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt* at Gamescom 2026. The game is scheduled to become available sometime before the conclusion of 2026, although a definitive release date was not provided.
Players will have the option to purchase the base game, the *Phantom Liberty* expansion independently, or the combined *Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition*. The announcement also confirmed that the game will participate in several planned crossovers.
Collaboration with Overwatch and Anime Franchises
The focus of the collaborations expanded to include the popular anime series, *Cyberpunk: Edgerunners*. In 2027, *Overwatch* players can anticipate receiving crossover content based on *Cyberpunk: Edgerunners* and *Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2*. This news came concurrently with the fourth anniversary of the acclaimed series. The announcement followed the premiere of *Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2* on Netflix on October 20.
Integration into Diablo IV and The Witcher Universe
The partnership also brings enhanced content to Blizzard’s action role-playing game, *Diablo IV*. During the panel, details were revealed about a Geralt-themed Barbarian skin that will be introduced into the hellscapes of Sanctuary. This skin is positioned as the first element of Witcher-inspired content for *Diablo IV*, with further content planned for the action-RPG in 2027.
Any Battle.net player who pre-purchases *Songs of the Past* or purchases the associated expansion when it is released will be able to claim this unique skin. *Songs of the Past* is anticipated to be released in 2027, while players can currently pre-purchase the *Remastered* version of *The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt* on Battle.net, with a release date set for September 29.
